General Cancellation Guidelines
Guests can cancel their reservations without incurring a penalty if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. However, specific conditions may vary during:

  • High-demand periods
  • Special events or occasions
  • Large group bookings
  • Discounted or promotional offers

Cancellation Fees

The fee structure depends on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the check-in date:

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: Full refund
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before arrival: 50% charge of the first night’s stay
  • Less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% charge of the first night’s stay
  • No-show (failure to arrive): Charge for the entire booked stay

Refund Details

If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card refunds: Typically take 5 to 10 business days
  • Bank transfers: May take 7 to 14 business days
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptions and Flexibility

In some situations, more flexible cancellation terms may be applicable, including but not limited to:

  • Verified medical emergencies
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen acts of nature
  • Official travel restrictions or bans
  • Disruptions affecting hotel operations
