Guests can cancel their reservations without incurring a penalty if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. However, specific conditions may vary during:
- High-demand periods
- Special events or occasions
- Large group bookings
- Discounted or promotional offers
Cancellation Fees
The fee structure depends on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the check-in date:
- More than 48 hours before arrival: Full refund
- Between 24 and 48 hours before arrival: 50% charge of the first night’s stay
- Less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% charge of the first night’s stay
- No-show (failure to arrive): Charge for the entire booked stay
Refund Details
If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit card refunds: Typically take 5 to 10 business days
- Bank transfers: May take 7 to 14 business days
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exceptions and Flexibility
In some situations, more flexible cancellation terms may be applicable, including but not limited to:
- Verified medical emergencies
- Natural disasters or unforeseen acts of nature
- Official travel restrictions or bans
- Disruptions affecting hotel operations
